Gina M. Bevack-Ciani’s practice is primarily focused in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate and guardianship law. Gina has significant experience in a wide range of estate planning techniques. Particularly, she has counseled clients on numerous matters from simple wills, powers of attorney, living wills, health care directives to more complex A-B trusts, insurance trusts and special needs trusts, among others.
Gina is a member of the Ohio State, Lake, Geauga and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations as well as the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.
Gina joined the firm in 2010. She earned her law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (J.D. 2003) and graduated from John Carroll University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management (2000). She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2003 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Gina is currently on the Board of Directors for the Painesville Area Senior Citizen Center.
Gina resides in Lake County with her husband, Joe.
