Heidi M. Cisan

Heidi M. Cisan primarily practices in the area of family law. She counsels clients on the broad range of issues that arise in divorce and dissolution matters, including the division of marital assets, spousal support, child support, and child custody and visitation issues. She has assisted in drafting new standard visitation guidelines for Geauga County.
Heidi is often appointed to serve as a guardian ad litem to help courts protect the best interests of children in cases involving child custody and visitation issues.
Heidi also assists clients in the administration of estates, guiding them through the probate process.
Heidi is also experienced in the law relating to condominiums and homeowners associations. She assists developers on a variety of issues, including the drafting of the constituent documents necessary to create residential and commercial condominium developments and cluster developments, and to establish and operate condominium and other homeowners associations.
Heidi joined the firm in 1989 and became a Principal in 2001. She is a graduate of the Case Western University School of Law (summa cum laude, 1989) and the Ohio State University (1980).
Heidi is a resident of Chesterland.
