- John R. Liber, II has over twenty years of litigation experience in the successful resolution of complex civil disputes in advance of litigation, and through arbitration, trial and appeals in courtrooms across Ohio and Florida. John has achieved multiple million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured individuals. He also represents businesses and corporations in complex construction and insurance claims achieving resolution of equipment and property damage losses well into the six figures, and over a half a million dollars.
- John joined the firm in 2010. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1990 where he received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award. A former Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida under then State Attorney Janet Reno (later U.S. Attorney General).
- John has been selected by his peers as among the "Best Lawyers in America" annually since 2008, and achieved Martindale-Hubbell's highest professional rating of "AV".
- John currently serves as the Vice President of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, Trustee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Legal Counsel to the Chagrin Valley Jaycees, is a former Chair of the Cleveland Bar Association's Young Lawyer Section, and former member of that organization's Certified Grievance Committee which investigates and prosecutes claims of attorney ethical violations in Cuyahoga County.
- John is licensed to practice in the states of Ohio and Florida, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Geauga County and Trumbull County Bar Associations.
- John is a resident of Chagrin Falls.
