- Nancy Haas Burroughs, having practiced law in Ohio for over 28 years, takes pride in the close working relationship that she quickly develops with her clients. Her civil law practice focuses primarily on Personal Injury claims, including post settlement resolution of private health insurance issues, Medicare issues and claims, as well as Medicaid subrogation resolution. Additionally, Nancy serves as a “behind the scenes attorney” providing additional assistance to various other Thrasher Dinsmore and Dolan attorneys in complex litigation, business, insurance and probate matters.
- Nancy joined Thrasher Dinsmore and Dolan in 2010, having previously worked exclusively with fellow attorney John R. Liber, II for 10 years.
- She graduated in 1979 from Denison University, (B.A. cum laude, Economics) and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon (Economics honor society.) She graduated from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1982 (J.D. cum laude), having served as Issue Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review (1981-1982), and as the research assistant to the Dean of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (1979-1982.) Since 1982, Mrs. Burroughs has been in private practice in the Chagrin Valley.
- Nancy is active in the Federated Church of Chagrin Falls and has served on numerous boards and committees. She currently volunteers her time with several non-profit organizations, including currently serving as a Director and Statutory Agent of the Geauga Horse & Pony Association.
- Nancy resides in the Chagrin Valley area.
