Todd C. Hicks

Todd advises businesses on a broad range of issues including employment law, operational issues, transactions and litigation. He also has experience in the areas of municipal law and real estate law.
Todd is also admitted to practice in the State of New York.
Todd joined the firm in 1994 and became a Principal in 2001.
Todd graduated with honors in 1994 from The Ohio State University College of Law. Todd received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati.
On 4 occasions, Todd has been named one of Ohio’s top lawyers under the age of 40 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
In 2005, the Ohio Supreme Court appointed Todd to the 12 member Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness. He currently serves as the Chairperson of that Board. The Board hears appeals from aspiring attorneys who receive adverse admission recommendations from their local bar association.
Todd and his family reside in Concord Township.
